Returns & Exchanges

At ODDLI, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved making them. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Download and print the label to get your package ready for transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all ODDLI tags attached. Ensure the package is securely sealed before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
